Prices stated in our price guide and on this website are in GBP(Pounds) and are correct as at the date of the last update. Prices exclude VAT at the standard rate (20%).
We endeavour to hold prices as stable as possible, however Bull Motif Spares reserves the right to alter or amend prices without prior notice.
Value Added Tax
Value added tax (VAT) at the current rate will be applied on orders (excluding books) being despatched to all countries within the European community (EEC).
VAT is not charged on order to countries outside the EC. However Bull Motif Spares will not be liable for any local import or customs charges or taxes accrued at the port of entry. Such charges are not included in the cost of the goods or delivery charges.
In all cases please provide as much information as possible about you and your vehicle.

Please note overseas order attract local import duties and custom charges these charges are not included in the cost of the parts or shipping and must be paid for by the purchaser. We will provide all relevant documentation needed to ensure the order arrives with the minimum of delay with your consignment.
Shipment with in Europe outside the EC have a flat customs charge, this charge is included in the shipping costs but does not cover any duty which may apply at the port of entry.
Please remember that delivery charges are dependant upon the size and weight of the shipment. If a quotation is required prior to placing an order, please contact us and we will be please to supply a full quotation to you.

Air Sure Service
We now offer the above service on international small packet for consignments that weight less than 2KG and have a value less than £270.00, the service offer priority handling of your order, giving quicker delivery time than the standard small packet service.
The consignment is tracked through out it's journey and requires a signature on delivery.
The service is available to the following countries:
Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, USA and New Zealand
Cost of the service is £5.95 and can be added to your shopping cart when ordering.
n.b. This is and additional charge on top of the standard postal charge.
Parts Back-order System
A back order system is used when a part is temporarily out of stock at the time of ordering. If the item is expected to become available within a reasonable timeframe, then it will be put on back-order unless the customer instructs us otherwise.
When we have the part(s) in stock, the back-orders will be processed automatically and the item will be despatched to the customer post free.
Where the part becomes No Longer Available (NLA) or will be out of stock for a long period we will cancel the NLA part and refund the difference back to the customer.
We want to ensure that our shipping fees is as competitive as possible, therefore we reserve the right to default some orders to quotation submission prior to completion this allow us to find the best deal on shipping for our customer but is limited by the charges levied by the carriers. All shipping is subject to British VAT dependant upon the billing address.
Our policy on calculating a delivery price is as follows:
- total order value of over £60.00 (excluding VAT) - FREE
- total order value of £1.00 to £59.99 (excluding VAT) - GB £4.49 (minimum postage)
- Optional next day delivery £8.95+VAT, Please note this is a next working day service and excludes Saturday and Sundays.

All inland postal deliveries are shipped entirely at the purchasers risk, to avoid any problems we recommed the use of recorded delivery or special delivery for all inland postal deliveries, these are available upon request. Add the comment recorded or special delivery in the "Special Insruction" area of the order form.

Due to shipping restriction we are unable to send any aerosol product by post or air freight. (if you require further information on this subject please contact us at email@example.com .
All small packets post for overseas are shipped entirely at the purchasers risk, and are subject to weight and size limitations (max weight 2Kg max length, 60cms max). To avoid any problems we recommed the use Airsure or International signed fo when ordering. Simply activate the Airsure part of the order process or add the comment "International Signed For" in the "special Instruction" area of the order form.
Please be aware volumetric charges may apply on large and light weight items which are subject to the terms and conditions of our courier service.
These items may attract additional shipping charges.
In all cases a shipping quote will be provided prior to your order being processed.
Quotation & Payment Methods
We will be pleased to provide a full parts quotation detailing price, availability and relevant shipping costs, these quote are normally valid for 28 days, quotes converted after this time period are processed at the discreation of Bull Motif Spares.
If the quote is really old we may ask you to resubmit a new quote which will reflect current part pricing and shipping costs.
Online payments are made by Credit or Debit cards, card accepted are as follow;
Master Card, Visa, Maestro, Switch, Delta Visa, JCB, and Solo we cannot accept Visa Electron cards as they can only be used in person.
Return of Goods
Goods correctly supplied in accordance with the customers orders may only be returned with our permission. We reserve the right to charge a 10% handling charge on such goods (Excluding VAT).
Title of Goods
Until payment has been made in full by the customer we retain the title to all goods supplied by Bull Motif Spares.
All exchange units are subject to a surcharge. This surcharge serves two purposes; firstly it acts as an incentive to return the exchange units so that others may also benefit from exchange reconditioned parts. And secondly it provided us with financial cover if your returned unit proves unsuitable for exchange purposes.
Whether or not your old unit is suitable for exchange cannot be ascertained until it is made available to us for inspection.
As a general rule, suitable for exchange basically excludes any items that are beyond economic repair or units irrevocably damaged. We are also unable to accept units unless they are returned complete, we will not accept units as a box of bits or partially stripped. Exchange units that meet the above requirements are refunded back to the card on which they were purchased.
All new and reconditioned goods supplied by us are guaranteed against defects arising from Faulty materials or workmanship.
The guarantee is limited to the replacement of the faulty part & not extended to cover defects caused by improper fitting, misuse, neglect, accidental or wear and tear.
Consequential damage: All goods are sold on the understanding that we cannot accept any liability for consequential damage, loss or personal injury as a result of the of our products, nor can we undertake to bear the cost of any work involved in refitting a new or required part.
Claims: Claims for goods damaged in transit or for shortages against invoice must be submitted in writing within seven day of receipt of goods. Claims for non delivery must be made within twenty days of dispatch date on the invoice.
